How to Play

Play Daily Loop online for free. Daily Loop is a closed loop line-building puzzle game. Create a single loop from line segments on the grid. The loop must not branch, cross itself, or have dead ends. The loop must also pass by specific points a certain number of times based on the numbers displayed on the grid. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select a grid size and difficulty level to begin:
- 5 x 5 (Easy)
- 7 x 7 (Easy)
- 10 x 10 (Medium)

- Select Help to read the game’s instructions.
- Change the game’s language through the drop-down list on the upper right corner of the screen.

    - Desktop
      - With your mouse:
        Left click on one of the space between the points to lay down a line segment.
        Left click again to tentatively remove the line segment
        Left click a third time to fully remove the segment.
        Touchscreen devices
        With your fingers.
        Tap once between the spaces to lay down a segment.
        Tap twice to tentatively remove the segment.
        Tap thrice to fully erase the segment.
        Controls & indicators
        The game’s indicators are located on the right side of the screen. From the top, these are as follows:
        The game’s logo
        The present date
        The timer
        The undo button: Remove the last action you did.
        The first row of buttons, from left to right:
        Query button: Check your answers.
        Pause button: Momentarily stop the game’s timer.
        Reset button: Return everything to the way it was when you began.
        The second row of buttons, from left to right:
        Music button: Toggle the game’s music.
        Sound effects button: Toggle the game’s audio cues.
        Enlarge button: Switch between windowed and full screen modes
        Game Play
        Generating puzzles
        The game generates a different puzzle for every day of the year.
        You can choose up to 365 to 366 different puzzles for each difficulty level.
        You can play again by doing the following:
        Choose the puzzle of a different day on the calendar.
        Select next on the winning screen.
        Objectives and rules
        Draw a line between the dots of the field to create a single loop.
        The loops must not have crossings or branches.
        The loop must be closed.
        The loop must bypass each of the numbers. The number indicates how many segments of the loop can surround it.
        The numbers range from 0 to 3.
        The number turns green if you reach the target number of lines.
        The number turns red if you exceed the target.
        Placement
        Select on a space one to lay down a line.
        Select again to tentatively remove the line. Doing so will bring the counter down.
        You can leave the deleted lines in place so you can know where it could be. This is useful if you need to get back to it.
        You must remove the lines altogether to finish the game.
        Select it a third time to remove the line altogether.
        Use the query button to test the accuracy of your line placement.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for people of all ages who like mazes & logic puzzle games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
